A Night to Remember- The Free Range Learning Cooperative invites you to an unforgettable formal evening open to all guests aged 12 to 20. This inclusive event promises an elegant atmosphere where memories will be made.
Attire: All guests must arrive in formal attire. Whether your style leans classic or avant-garde, elegance is the only requirement. Please note, admission will not be granted without proper attire. Each guest is welcome to bring a date of any gender, and both must have a valid ticket for entry.

- Includes at least 25 general prom photos and 2 personal backdrop photos

- At Event: $35 (Cash/PayPal)
- To ensure your personal photos are taken, guests must check in at the photographer's backdrop area by 8:00 PM.
Access & Logistics
- Check-in: Begins at 6:00 PM at the Main Street entrance
- Parking: Duval Street Garage available for $5 per car (limited street parking)
- Entry: Digital tickets will be scanned upon arrival
- No re-entry allowed – leaving the venue constitutes checkout
- Names not on the guest list will not be admitted
- Guests must vacate the venue within 30 minutes of the event's conclusion
Conduct & Safety
- Dancing must remain appropriate. Suggestive or dangerous dancing will not be tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave.
- Absolutely no tobacco, alcohol, or drugs are permitted.
- Any guest found under the influence will be released into their guardian's custody and may face legal action.
- Guests and guardians assume full responsibility for any accidents or damages that occur during or in transit to/from the prom.
- Failure to comply with chaperone or venue staff instructions may result in removal from the event and involvement of legal authorities if necessary.
The Board of Directors of Free Range Learning Cooperative, Inc. reserves the right to make decisions necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Guest Responsibilities
- All questions or concerns regarding prom guidelines must be resolved prior to the event date. By attending, guests acknowledge the following:
- Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will result in removal without ticket refund.
- All families must be in good standing with Free Range Learning Cooperative, Inc. to attend.
- If you have concerns about your standing, please contact [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued to those not in good standing.
